2019 KPI-JCI 1830PH Screening & Washing Plant

– Screen – Triple deck 6 x 20 (horizontal screen), spray bars on each deck, 40 HP electric motor and drive
– Chutes – Three aggregate discharge chutes; one chute for each product deck; screen fines collection hopper less liner
– Walkway – Around both sides and across feed of screen; includes ground access ladder
– Screw – Kolberg 5044-32T sand prep with solid flight spirals, urethane wear shoes, shaft mount reducers, two (2) 150 HP TEFC electric motors, discharge chute (with 3/16 AR 200 liner), and rising current accessories
– Portable Undercarriage – With king pin attachment, dual Radial 11×22.5 tires, air brakes and cribbing location; triple axle

– Screen discharge lips to be 8″ long vs the std 6″ long
– Screen chute and hopper liners (1/4″ AR400)
– Screen level platform to be solid diamond deck plating
– KPI-JCI will redesign the back handrail section behind the screen and over the fine material washer so that it pivots out of the way of the feed box and is pinned in a fixed location for travel
– The first and second spray bars (starting at the feed end of the screen) on the middle and bottom decks to include angle iron “caps” to reduce material wear on the spray bars
– Ball valves in lieu of gate valves for the screen spray bars, header pipes in the feed box and the chase water lines will be provided
– Addition of separate water manifold for the feed box and chase water supply
– Planed mounted feed box with hydraulic adjustment for positioning in either the transport or operational positions. Feed box to include two (2) baffles plates, three (2) header pipes (two 3″ near the top of the feed box and a 3″ near the bottom) each with a ball control valve and a 4′ x 5′ top opening
– Blending gates (finger gates to blend the overs from bottom deck to middle deck)
– Four (4) hydraulic leveling jacks each with 18″ stroke located approx. 4″ out from their existing location to provide more clearance when cribbing the plant
– Gas/hydraulic power pack to power the hydraulic leveling jacks and adjustment of the feed box to be located near the back of the plant driver’s side
– Roll-away chutes
– Two (2) 24″ cross conveyors (one for the bottom deck overs and one for the middle deck overs). Includes a 5 HP Dodge constant speed drive assembly, belt cleaner and transition hopper. Conveyors to be approx. 13’5″ long at their outermost dimension and designed to allow:
(1) Installation from either side of the plant. Note, they must discharge opposite of each other
(2) Mounting locations for transport (i.e. slightly offset from the centerline of the plant to the drive side of the screen) and mounting location (in either direction)
– Hinged/folding flares eliminating the need for a second transport load
– Additional supports to be provided extending from the discharge end of the fine material washer discharge chute up to the fine material washer tub
– Second ladder
– 1/2″ plug welded urethane lined hopper/collecting flume in lieu of AR400 liner
– Electric stations for electrified equipment includes circuit breaker and starter in NEMA-12 enclosure. Start-stop push button control and wiring. 400-amp, 250 HP Panel. Two extra electrical stations for 5-HP cross conveyors. Addition of separate water manifold for the feed box and chase water supply
– Variable Speed Frequency Drive for sand screw
– 100% Speed drive with 20 HP motors
