Forcier named Sales Manager for Central and Southern Minnesota

Jake Forcier has been promoted to Sales Manager for the central and southern Minnesota operations. In this role, Jake will lead the Territory Managers and drive sales performance across this market. Jake brings a decade of construction equipment dealership experience to this role, built entirely on the distribution side of the industry. He joined RMS in June 2025 as a Territory Manager working out of the Byron branch, responsible for the sales and rental of every line of construction equipment RMS represents, including Komatsu.

Stolee promoted to Sales Manager for Iowa and Illinois

Bryan Stolee will be the Sales Manager overseeing the Iowa and Illinois branches. In this role he will lead the Territory Managers and sales efforts throughout the region. Bryan brings more than 30 years of territory sales experience to this position, the last decade of it with RMS. Since joining the company in April 2016 as a Territory Manager in East Moline, he has sold and supported the full construction equipment line: dozers, excavators, wheel loaders, crushers, screen plants, cement equipment, and asphalt paving equipment.

Dan Olson promoted to Vice President of Construction Equipment

Road Machinery & Supplies Co. has announced that Dan Olson has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Construction Equipment Sales. Olson was previously the Sales Manager, Savage, and he replaces the position held by Ben Schmidtlein, who served as Vice President of Sales. Olson’s slight but meaningful title change for this role underscores RMS’ commitment to driving greater focus on all of its construction equipment business. In this new capacity, he will report directly to President Russell Sheaffer.
