At Road Machinery & Supplies Co. (RMS), we stand behind the quality of the used equipment we sell. All sales of used equipment—including but not limited to excavators, loaders, dozers, and other machinery—are final and sold as-is, with no express or implied warranties unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale.

We understand, however, that unexpected issues can arise. If you encounter a problem with your equipment after purchase, we encourage you to contact your RMS sales representative or reach out to our team directly.
