Top-notch facilities

Since 2020, we have built four brand new facilities in Iowa and Minnesota. These shops were designed with service in mind, featuring large bays, high ceilings, heavy crane capacity to handle all the equipment we support.  

We have also invested heavily in our field service fleet with new trucks fitted with all the necessary equipment to enable our techs to service your equipment safely and efficiently at your jobsite. 

Komatsu service and support

RMS offers Komatsu CARE on new Komatsu Tier 4 equipment. This program features complimentary maintenance for your first three years or 2,000 hours of machine operation. We also offer My Komatsu, a special online portal for Komatsu owners. This exclusive portal allows users to search for parts and secure replacement parts for your Komatsu equipment any time, from anywhere.

Plus, we offer KOMTRAX, a telematics monitoring system that is standard on most Komatsu equipment. KOMTRAX data can help lower operating costs by reducing fuel expenses and eliminating unproductive hours at the machine that drive depreciation and repair costs.
